I am starting my 4th grade classroom from scratch after I have been job sharing the last couple of years with other amazing teachers. It takes a lot to start a new classroom!! Many co-workers have given me a head start with items they have donated to me. I hope this DonorsChoose project will get me well-stocked to start the new school year in my new classroom! I can't wait to create a welcoming, enriching classroom for my new students and will be grateful for your contributions to this project! The supplies on this list are for my students to use in math, reading, writing, science, and history lessons throughout their school year. For example, book bins for students to use for their Daily 5 independent literacy workshop time or sheet protectors in which students can store their writing masterpieces. There are also supplies for me to use to enhance my lessons for my students, such as chart paper for math anchor charts that we make each math lesson. Overall this is a project to fund the supplies needed to help us have a successful school year!
