Having a dramatic play space and props for my preschoolers to engage in creative play will foster mental growth by providing opportunities for trying out new ideas, and new ways of thinking and problem-solving. Creative play helps acknowledge and celebrate children's uniqueness and diversity. This project will offer excellent opportunities to personalize my teaching and focus on each child. Through creative and imaginative play my preschoolers can grow emotionally, socially, intellectually, and even physically. The kitchen playset, costumes, and printable materials will allow my preschool students to develop these important skills as well as provide them with the opportunity to explore and learn about the world around them.

About my class
