Carpet time is a daily occurrence for my 2nd graders! The students love coming together to listen to a great book, share their learning, and inspire one another. Having a safe space that engages children in lessons and makes them feel safe is a huge part of teaching! This classroom rug will help accomplish that goal. The beautiful colored squares help assure each child has their own space while learning, while the comfortable and cozy carpet feel helps students relax and focus on each lesson. Students are more engaged, focused, and social while gathered together in our shared space! This classroom rug gives my students a sense of family. We will gather together on it daily to help encourage each other and grow in our learning! Building a classroom of confident, friendly, and hardworking students starts with carpet time.
