We are a high poverty school and most of our students don't own books or even have the means to access books, besides our library in school and the classroom library. Now that they have reached that level in which they can read independently they rush to the classroom library every available minute they get. Besides lacking enough books, the display not the best. I would love my students to continue being exposed to written material and that their love for reading increases daily because if they succeed in reading they are more likely to be successful across the other subjects and have a higher possibility of being successful in life.

About my class
