I am a first year teacher trying to build up my library. I was hired in the middle of the pandemic and because of that I feel I was able to prepare as much as I would have liked to. My kids are missing out from simple read aloud in the classroom as we lack books. I would love to go and rent them out from the library, but because of Covid we have to wait 72 hours to be able to recheck a book that was already rented out. My kids deserve the full on experience of kindergarten and learning to love to read.
