Essentially, students will be coming in to next year with wider gaps than they ever have as a result of the learning conditions of the 2020-21 school year. In order to adequately support students so that they will be able to engage with grade level content, we at times need to provide sentence stems, tables, and graphs that will allow student to have a more tangible launching off point with their lessons. While this is often done for a small portion of our students, these specific supports will be more necessary for a larger percentage of our student population, which is why we want to be proactive about having the materials to provide these supports.
