Clay and wire, two of the most simple yet extraordinary materials on earth, will allow our students to create art that is both meaningful and personal to their well being. I believe that tactile materials are a catalyst to expressing inner feelings and emotions. With this being the first face to face experience after the COVID-19 school year, I know that the majority of our students will need to express themselves in a special way. While a picture is worth more than a thousand words, a sculpture transforms those words into something that is both physically and mentally tangible.
