Research is showing how the use of blue lights in the classroom can help restore a body's circadian rhythm and reduce eye strain headaches. Teachers who create this ambiance report growth in alertness and productivity. Today's teens overdose on screen time both at school and at home. It makes it especially challenging with fluorescent lights and the computer monitors in my lab giving off the harsh light. I have added standing desks to my computers as a way to keep them alert and to help their lower backs. Now my next step would be to add these light covers for my lab.
