Some students have a hard time sitting in traditional seating. They may need chairs that move to keep them focused on the task at hand. Students will tend to tilt in traditional chairs, and this can be a hazard for the students. For the safety of all, it is best to have alternative seating in a classroom for students who have ADHD. We want our students to be able to reach their learning goals in a safe environment. I want my classroom to be a welcoming conducive to learning space. Safety is a priority for my students.
