We can always use new equipment and supplies, however, our kitchens are currently in the most need. Most of our kitchen equipment in our family and consumer sciences classroom needs updated, some of what we already have has been used for 15+ years. We would also like to add a few items that would help students participate in using equipment to keep up with current food industry trends. Anything that we can do to develop the students' skills and encourage them to use their skills in their own kitchens in the future is the goal.

About my class
