Bringing technology into the classroom with an iPad will bring my students another outlet to express themselves. As students learn and create products I would like to utilize the iPad to give students a way to share their work. Using apps like Seesaw students can publish their work where the families can see right away. Having students record themselves reading a story, book or poem they wrote will be a way for all students to participate, even the students who are not comfortable speaking out in class. These students being able to showcase their work and talents in a nontraditional way will be empowering. Also, utilizing other digital resources to listen to stories or read stories will be a great way to motivate students who may be less motivate to practice reading skills.
