These books will make a difference in my students learning because it will allow them to explore their love of reading through many different avenues, authors, characters, fiction and nonfiction narratives. My students will be able to choose books that are important to them, books that will teach them, and books that will create a love of reading for a lifetime. My hope is that all students will leave my classroom understanding that literature is a wonderful way to learn, escape, and have fun! By creating a print and book rich environment, my students will understand the value in literature whether it is fiction or nonfiction. There is so much to learn from a book.
