These floor seats and balance balls are key to creating a classroom environment that mirrors a safe, loving home. After this pandemic it’s more important that ever to create a classroom that students feel safe and secure in. I’ve learned over the years that students who feel safe, secure and happy have better educational outcomes. Allowing students to choose where they learn has so many benefits. Students feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment. Flexible seating allows students to choose where they work and with whom so that they are most productive.
