Covid has created many challenges in the classroom. One of many is getting students excited to be in school. They have gotten used to being at home and not communicating with their peers and getting their information just off of a computer screen. By creating hands on learning, students want to be in school. They are engaged with their peers and talking about what they are doing and analyzing results. These are the skills that have been lost by learning at home. By being able to visualize magnetism it makes it real and exciting for students, not just a picture that they saw on their computer.
