The students in my Design and Creativity class spend an enormous amount of time on a computer or looking at two-dimensional materials (books, handouts, etc.). This year especially, they have spent an enormous amount of time online and in front of screens. However, my students relish an opportunity to take part in hands-on projects, especially those where we create something tangible. While I am able to give them many opportunities to design on computers and on paper, I would love for them to have an opportunity to create three-dimensional art and design using 3D writing pens.
