Lifelong learning is critical to personal growth. I believe it's important to demonstrate this point to students through practicing it. I'm very honest and open with my students and enjoy sharing how my life experiences have molded me into the person I am. This professional development opportunity will benefit my students as they see my practices change and evolve in their classroom experience. There is incredible power in mindfulness and social/emotional strength. I'm excited for this opportunity to learn and explore ways to bring mediation and movement practices into the classroom and school environment.
