The materials selected will help promote students' learning by allowing them to creative and express their feelings with the art material, build relationships through the board games, enjoy read alouds with the "I'm in control" books, practice mindfulness with games, tap into their own emotions and those of others with the feelings games, and share their unique personal stories with one another with the conversation starters/board games. The material ordered will enhance the SEL classroom's daily activities and make coming to their guidance class as something all children will enjoy and look forward to. I look forward to next school year, and how the students respond to learning the social emotional learning skills that are being taught at each grade level.

About my class
