I am working on personalized learning with my students. I am working to shift the cognitive load so that they are learning to use their own learning data to set goals and make decisions on actions steps. Students need to be able to share and collaborate while they are learning and to reflect on their goals with accountability partners. These items will help with that flexible seating in collaboration and help with organizing our data binders. My students will be able to use these materials on a daily basis to stay engaged in the process of their own learning.
