Sometimes, my students need help staying focused in this ever changing, fast paced, learning environment. I teach five sections of Math to over 100 fifth graders. Sometimes, they need me close to them while they are learning. If I am presenting a whole group lesson, I like to do that with the help of my interactive whiteboard. Teachers can sometimes feel tied to the front of the classroom with interactive whiteboard presentations, giving up that proximity to students that need it most. This iPad will help me present from any place in my classroom. I will be able to mirror my screen onto my interactive whiteboard while I monitor student instruction from the places they need me most.
