The school day can get long...and sitting calmly in one spot for an hour is even hard for adults. How can we expect teens to do it all the time? Our school is seeking items that will help our students focus and engage. Sensory items, wiggle chairs, yoga mats, and chair bands will be made available in all classes for students who need to move around, calm, or refocus. These items are particularly useful for our students that are autistic, ADHD, and/or struggle with anxiety. These are items that are often overlooked when donations and grants are provided to schools.
