All children have been affected deeply by the pandemic. I believe a meaningful and engaging classroom will result in greater student growth academically. The majority of the supplies will enrich literacy and numeracy both in whole group and small group settings. Also I have added some grade level appropriate stem activities. Some items such as the dry eraser plastic pockets are just wearing out and need replaced. In literacy, most of the supplies are to aid in making word work more exciting by offering different types of manipulatives and trade books to read during RTI time. In math, the Rekenreks area big part of our math program and I haven't been able to afford them. The rest of the manipulatives will aid in both small and whole group instruction.
