Students developing minds require active learning. This is often represented with hands-on and adaptable lessons. There are times however, when the students need to sit or remain in one area and work. Flexible seating is a newer term in education. I believe that students should not be expected to sit in a plastic chair at a wooden desk all day. Flexible seating allows for the child to move and be more comfortable in their educational environment. By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. In my teaching experiences, I have observed when students have had access to seating other than their desk, they are more focused which allows for them to increase their academic knowledge. These materials that you help provide will allow for the students to release their wiggles, welcoming in new knowledge and skills.
