Early literacy skills are the number one indicator of success, within the school and beyond. Students need access to a variety of books in order to fall in love with reading and continue practicing all of the skills they are learning in the classroom. Access to a full classroom library will give students this opportunity daily. My students will use these books for guided reading practice, reading with partners, as well as independent reading time. I want to make sure that my library is full of exciting books that will keep my students eager to keep coming back for more!

About my class
