My goal is to keep children safe and healthy so that they may be in school and learn. With a global pandemic handwashing education is a must. I plan to purchase the glo germ set to help the kids visualize how easy it is to spread germs and how well they are washing their hands after coming in contact with those germs. The glo germ kit uses a powder or lotion residue that is detected by black light. I plan to apply a small amount to each child's hands. then show them how those germs can get on the desk, clothing, school supplies, etc. Then I plan to instruct on proper hand washing and take them to the hand washing station to see if they are able to wash away all the germs. I think kids learn so much better if they have a visual understanding of how easily germs are spread and how you have to wash your hands to get rid of them.
