Students will read books that are at their level. Students in Kindergarten are just learning to read. Once they figure it out they take off. They can move through the levels quickly. They will be using the books at quiet reading time in school to read by themselves. Students also love to read to a book buddy stuffed animal. Sometimes we even turn off the lights and read with flash lights. They will also be using them to read individually to a teacher or other adult. They will also be able to check them out to read at home.
