Our students need a fully stocked classroom to feel supported and encouraged. Having hands-on tools such as headphones, whiteboards, books, will show our students they have the ability to learn, even if they have had challenges in the past. These tools will allow us as educators to create meaningful and engaging curriculum where students can work at a new pace to be successful! With a class set of materials, ALL students will be equipped and empowered to take learning into their own hands. Our goal with our new program is to incorporate social & emotional learning, social justice topics, and promote high standards of learning by creating innovative ways for students to re-engage in a place they haven't normally succeeded. By giving them proper supplies and materials, they will know they are valued and supported by not just their teachers, but a larger community who believes in them.
