These materials will help my students focus on relaxing and calming down. The carpet and chairs will be used in a corner of the classroom for a quiet area. A student will be able to sit there and calm down if needed. The arts and crafts items will be used in a similar form. Those item will be used to help calm students down and to help descale a situation before it happens. The students creativity will bring out new characteristics they may not have know about themselves. Everyday is a new adventure!
