Students who have difficulty remaining seated or still for long periods of time, will use their personal bouncy band on their chair or desk to move without causing disruptions and remaining engaged in learning. Often times, my students struggle to remain still and in their own space within the general education classroom. Typically this is due to students needing to release energy. If my students were provided with busy bands, they would have an appropriate outlet to release energy while remaining in the classroom without causing distractions for themselves or their peers.
