Being able to move around the room & get comfortable for their little bodies is so important. I have several children with sensory challenges & being able to sit in different positions will actually help them focus and work out some wiggles. It’s even been proven at several creative businesses. Having different seating will allow them access for flexible grouping and an optimal learning environment. It will decrease their stress levels. This will in turn decrease discipline needs. It will even give students an opportunity to have a safe space to collect their thoughts and feelings when becoming over whelmed.

About my class
