As a first year teacher, my classroom supplies have been limited this school year. We are in need of a new electric pencil sharpener to sharpen our pencils more efficiently. My students also use dry-erase markers and erasers with individual white boards. This increases their motivation and interest in our lessons. Students love using their individual marker boards! My students are also in need of new pencils, colored paper, and erasers. These items are essential items in our classroom and are used daily. These items will make a difference by allowing my 5th graders to be prepared for class each day with the most effective writing utensils.
