This conference will help update teaching practices, learn new strategies to integrate technology and improve writing instruction provided in the classroom. Teaching practices that will improve writing instruction will be taught which will benefit students in the classroom. Book studies accommodate this professional development. There is a variety of speakers that will be hosting sessions and providing new SEL learning opportunities. This training will benefit students because of the new practices that I can implement in the classroom. After this past year implementing SEL practices are essential to make sure all students are in a healthy place so learning can occur.
