These resources will help my students develop early reading skills such as fluency, oral reading, vocabulary, and print concepts! But most of all, I can predict their eyes and hearts desperate for this center each week because their passion for reading has grown! Listening centers have turned into handing students an iPad or computer, but the value of early readers holding a book and practicing the art of reading is priceless. This project is for portable CD players where students are not limited to one spot in the room. This helps their engagement peak! This project also helps me to get books that comes with the corresponding CD.
