The following materials will enhance an already excellent and advance curriculum focusing on prompting life long fitness. Often when explaining activities, a visual would be very helpful. Especially with more complex activities and the smaller children. The whiteboards will allow for a visual to display how to set up equipment and where the players need to be placed. The parachute is a great activity to help with team bonding and coordination. The bean bags we often use for our pick up and carry lessons. This lesson is focused on teaching the students how to properly pick up items to later transfer in their different life stages.
