By using Kindles in the classroom, it will allow my students to see things presented in a variety of ways. They can be used across the curriculum and allow them to see and experience things that can not take place in the traditional classroom setting. Using different programs and apps would allow them to take virtual field trips, watch science experiments, practice letter and number recognition, and accelerate in reading. Having Kindles in my classroom will also allow my students to experience the use of technology in a more constructive manner, making them aware that tablets are not only for entertainment but can serve as an educational tool.

About my class
