This project will allow students the tools needed to venture outside and connect their learning to physics, ecology, and meteorology concepts we can investigate in the areas around the school. Our room is awesome but it has 4 cinderblock walls and NO windows. Students love the days when we can get outside and learn! Students are highly engaged during classes when they can get hands-on and interactive with their learning. Combine that with the opportunity to leave our windowless classroom to enjoy fresh air and nice weather, and it's a fantastic day to gain some knowledge! The supplies you help us purchase will allow students the tools to work outdoors, find shade from the sun, and engage in active and exciting learning. Thank you for considering contributing to our classroom!
