As a school counselor in a K-7 building, finding activities and games that span the age range can be difficult. My students will use these games like Apples to Apples and Tenzi to develop their social skills, which will help them to become effective problem-solvers, learn to share, and continue to build relationships with each other. Teaching empathy through STEM projects with LEGO bricks is one way that I engage all of my classroom learners. My small groups and lunch groups will enjoy having a variety of activities to use while building skills necessary for success as the future of our country.
