STEM activities are a great way to create critical thinkers, increase science literacy, and enable the next generation of innovators! These activities can spark conversations about careers that utilize these skills in science and mathematics. The roller-coaster kits and suspension bridges would expose students to career options they may never have imagined in architecture or physics. In addition, STEM activities are a great way to bridge what we are learning in eighth grade to skills that will benefit them in their future careers. The different STEM kits are a great way to expose students to the different varieties of configurations. I would like to personally thank you in advance for supporting my goal to create a STEM-rich classroom for our future scientists, mathematicians, and engineers. I know my students will absolutely love the activities.
