We will use this class set of books as a supplement to our Reading and Science curriculum. These can be used to find non-fiction reading elements, as well as learning about the animals and environments covered in each book. Students love to have a real book in their hands. Student engagement is always better when we do a special book project. Third graders will love using these books to research these animals. Think of the learning that will take place as they compare and contrast living things with these books.
