I am striving to have an incredibly diverse classroom library for this upcoming school year. My students are passionate about reading, and they love immersing themselves in vivid new worlds that can only be found in their books. It is my goal to make sure I have books that represent all of my students cultures and backgrounds; books that they are going to relate to and see themselves in. My students and I are going to embark on the 40 book challenge this school year, and we would greatly appreciate any help to fill our classroom library with authentic texts that students are yearning to read!
