Visuals make learning more multi-sensory and effective. I frequently need to print sound cards and sight words that match the students' constantly moving levels. I am currently working remotely, therefore this is even more important than before. Please consider funding this project and helping me to help my students! I use an Orton-Gillingham based phonics program which requires that students drill sound cards and sight word cards daily. Visuals are so much more effective when they are colorful and high quality. I change my sight word cards frequently as the children learn more and more words. Their sound cards which also change as we make progress, are so much more effective when they are colorful. I like to print them on cardstock so that they are not floppy and like to laminate them for durability.
