When students walk into my classroom at the beginning of the school year, my goal is to help them develop into great writers. The items such as dry erase boards, games, informational magazines, and posters are great tools that promote student engagement. It makes learning fun and interactive. The donations will help improve student's expository writing skills. During writing activities, students will read the Scholastic News magazines to gain information about current events and help them create compositions. Students truly enjoy writing compositions on dry-erase boards because it is easier to edit and revise. These resources are some of the tools students can use to respond to questions and complete assignments. It keeps them focused and motivated as they learn!
