This project will serve as a constant reminder for my special needs scholars that they can do anything they put their minds to especially if they push through. This book can be read and shared as a conversation starter at home with family members. Scholars can even share our PUSH THROUGH Mantra with families as well. I do believe if we share positive and motivating thoughts every day. We can get our scholars to believe in themselves and have more confidence. I am a witness, because I have used this mantra along with daily positive thoughts/affirmations throughout our 2020-2021 virtual learning experience and I've seen tremendous growth academically and socially. I tell my scholars every day that I believe in them and they are smart and capable. When I say it, they know I mean it from the bottom of my heart and they have proved that they believe in themselves as well. I would love to continue spreading the love by gifting our other Special Needs Scholars as well.
