As a developing volleyball program, we only have access to the bare minimum equipment (net and volleyball). While this has worked for a couple of years, we are at the point where in order to grow we are going to have to present more specific challenges in order to grow more proficient athletes. The funding of this equipment would allow for my athletes to continue to develop into the volleyball players that I know they can become. We would be able to work specifically on blocking, tipping, and spiking which are a few of our lacking skill sets.
