All of my students want to be successful and try to support one another. I teach 7-12 science focusing on learning skills that will help students succeed in whatever path they choose after high school. Movement helps students focus, engage, and problem solve. Every student has a niche that helps them be successful in competing tasks. It could be chewing gum, taping a foot, clicking a pen, etc. Flexible seating wobble chairs will give a student an option to move during class without disruption to other students. My classroom has lab tables and learning tables. Switching chairs to move while working will be a great option for many of my students allowing me to have a learning environment adaptable for all learners.
