The Boogie boards will enhance student's learning by giving them another option for writing besides paper and pencil. Boogie boards are a great way for kindergarten students to learn teamwork, self regulation, how to make good choices, time management, social skills, and self-awareness. Our student's learn best when they are engaged. Using the boogie boards will help increase their fine motor skills as well. We will use the boogie boards whole group and in centers. I have noticed that my students are much more engaged and have greater success with academic achievement goals when using something tactile.
