My students are at this incredible stage where they are starting the transition between children and young adults. They are looking to become individuals in society separate from their parents and families. In the process, they often feel powerless. By helping fund this project, donors would enable students to learn not only how to think independently but embrace what makes them different. My goal is for every one of my students to see themselves as powerful. These stories involve characters and stories of young adults (just like them) finding their voices and strength within themselves and each other.
