These books will help me to create literacy-rich content so that students understand that reading is fun! Students learning in person and at home if needed will understand that reading is important for everything! In first grade, students are learning how to read, and these books will show students that learning to read opens up a world of possibilities. With these books, I will be able to reach every student and interest them in learning. Students will relate to these books as they are from many cultures so that they may see themselves in literature. Students will learn that their culture is as important as everyone else's and that we all work together to be one amazing classroom!
