Part of the AFJROTC curriculum is learning about flight. I have flight simulator software but cannot effectively run the program because of outdated PCs. In order to help students fully visualize how an airplane functions, what controls are used, how it maintains lift, I want to use this simulator software to complement the lesson. Many of our students don't have have STEM opportunities at their fingertips (Title I district) and this is an awesome opportunity to not only introduce them to a STEM field, but also to give them confidence in their abilities and futures.
