Being a first-year teacher means I don't have many books, toys, resources to give to my students at the moment, and that is why I need your help! I am looking for a lot of Spanish resources that I will be needing throughout the year, so my Kindergarteners can have fun while learning a whole new language. A lot of the items that I have asked for your help with are to help my students learn through play, I want them to love and enjoy their Kindergarten year as much as they can and learn how to love school. Because of our Spanish immersion program, I am in need of as many Spanish resources as I can find to help my students learn Spanish. Not only learn the language but understand the culture and the benefits of being bilingual at a young age. Math has always been my favorite subject in school and I want to pass that on to my students by providing them with multiple different manipulatives and different games to help them learn and love math just like I did when I was young. These supplies will not only be used this year, but I will also be able to use all of the materials for several years of students!
