These materials will aid my students in different ways. Student will be able to listen to music while participating in a variety of units such as soccer, basketball, badminton, etc. Students will also be able to track how many steps they get in class every day using a wrist pedometer. The students will record the number of step on a poster board trying to earn a free day. Both of these materials will motivate the students to be physically active. Students will also have the opportunity to practice self-motivation and determination with the help of music and a goal of trying to get as many steps as possible.
